Standard Wire Straighteners
We offer an extensive range of standard wire straighteners, including the long trusted ER Series and RA Series and the new innovative RT Series and RTS Series. We can also supply a wide range of spare parts and accessories.
Our ER Series Wire Straighteners have a quick release for fast setup and are suitable for general applications. They are available with 5 to 13 rolls and in ten different wire diameter range sizes to cover wire diameters up to 15mm.
The RA Series Wire Straighteners include separately adjustable rollers and have a moveable centre line. They are available with 3 to 13 rolls and in twelve different wire diameter range sizes to cover wire diameters up to 40mm.
Our RT Series and RTS Series Wire Straighteners are the latest evolution in wire straightening systems. They both include separately adjustable rollers and have moveable centre lines, with the RTS range featuring a quick release. They are available with 5 or 7 rolls, in eight different wire diameter range sizes to cover wire diameters up to 9mm and have two roll configurations with either the shorter or longer row of rolls located on the operating side.
Precision Wire Straighteners
Our range of precision wire straighteners feature an interlocking bar construction for superior accuracy. The popular PR Series Precision Wire Straighteners have individually adjustable rollers and are highly adjustable with moveable centre line and close roll spacing. They are available with 3, 5 or 7 rolls and in nine different wire diameter range sizes to cover wire diameters up to 15mm. We also offer the PS Series Precision Wire Straighteners which have the same features as the PR Series, however, they come with a quick release.
The NT Series Precision Wire Straighteners include individually adjustable rollers, a quick release, a moveable centre line, close roll spacing and a roll guard. They are available with 7 rolls and in three different wire diameter range sizes to cover wire diameters up to 6mm.
We also offer the RS Series Precision Wire Straighteners, which include separately adjustable rollers, a quick release, a moveable centre line and uses heavy duty WICAS rolls. They are available with 7 rolls and in five different wire diameter range sizes to cover wire diameters up to 9mm.
Modular Straightening
Our modular wire straightening systems can be customised for any application by adding individual straightener modules with connecting brackets and base plates to build systems to meet your exact requirements.
The SM Series Straightener Modules include adjustable rollers and can be adapted to changing future needs by adding further rolls or changing roller spacing. These straightener modules are available in two different wire diameter range sizes to cover wire diameters up to 5mm. For larger wire diameters we offer the AS FX Series with partially adjustable rollers and the AS PO Series with fully adjustable rollers, available in two different wire diameter range sizes to cover wire diameters up to 40mm.
Other Wire Straightener Types
Other types of wire straightener we offer include a selection of heavy duty, spinner type, miniature and handheld straighteners. We can also supply straighteners for strip and flat wire, edge bow straighteners and combination straighteners.
