The Easylock provides positive engagement allowing tension to be introduced into the spooled material. These Spool Clamping Systems have one fixed and one removable tensioning cone, providing a clamping system for use on hardened shafts for spool applications requiring positive drive engagement to the shaft.
As the roll or spool is held firmly between the fixed pintle and the clamping pintle, braking moments can be transmitted from the shaft to the roll or spool. The machine can thus be quickly stopped if a malfunction occurs.
• Shaft Diameters: 10, 12, 15, 16, 20, 22, 25, 30, 35 and 40mm
• Cones available to suit spool bore of 13 to 158mm
• Maximum Clamping Force: 5000N
