Techna offers various components for your Rolling Mills, such as, drawing machines for reducing the diameter of the incoming wires, a dancer control for the regulation of the wire tension between the rolling mills and a wire measurement system for contact measurement using rolls for measuring the width and thickness of the wire.
Wire Drawing Machines
We offer Wire Drawing Machines that are used for reducing the diameter of the incoming wires by pulling the wire through a series of drawing dies. The wire volume remains the same, therefore, as the wire diameter is being reduced the wire length is being increased. These wire drawing machines are lubricated with emulsion and offer optional water cooling of the drawing drum.
Dancer Control Tension Regulation
Our Dancer Control system is used for the regulation of the wire tension between the rolling mills. The dancer control features wire submersion cooling and straight line wire path operation for large cross sections or deflection wire path operation for small cross sections in accordance with the dimensions.
Wire Measurement
We offer a Wire Measurement system that is designed for contact measurement using rolls for width and thickness. Automatic wire dimension is controlled using a comparison between the target dimension and the actual dimension. The wire measurement data is stored and viewed in the operator panel and can also be exported as a CSV file or via the network interface
