Techna offers a wide range of small Coilers and De-Coilers, which includes both motorised and non-motorised manual options, with a variety of different mounting types, including stand, bench and trolley mounted. Our small coilers and de-coilers are available in various sizes from a lightweight manual de-coiler for small cable coils to our small manual or motorised take-ups and payoffs suitable for coils up to 1200mm diameter.
02-03 and 04 Series Coilers / De-Coilers
Our 02-03 Manual Tapered Coiler / De-Coiler are stand mounted and suitable for coils up to 700mm diameter. They are available with the optional OD Measuring and Cutting Device to enable cutting cables up to 20mm diameter to specific lengths.
The 04 Manual Coiler / De-Coiler is bench mounted and suitable for coils up to 400mm diameter. These coilers / de-coilers are available with the optional CPA Trolley and the OD Measuring and Cutting Device.
The 04-M and 04-MA are Motorised Coilers / De-Coilers that are bench mounted and can wind coils up to 400mm diameter and unwind coils up to 550mm diameter. They have a variable speed of up to 190 rpm and include the OD Measuring and Cutting Device. The 04-MA also includes variable speed layering and electrobraking.
AS Series Coilers / De-Coilers
Our AS-19 Manual Coiler / De-Coiler is trolley mounted, suitable for coils up to 800mm diameter and includes the CM-15 Measuring and Cutting Device to enable cutting cables up to 15mm diameter and measuring cables up to 35mm diameter.
The ASM-16 Motorised Coilers / De-Coilers are trolley mounted, suitable for coils up to 800mm diameter and includes the CM-15 Measuring and Cutting Device. Versions with an optional electrobrake on the unwinding wheel and a programmable measuring meter, which slows the machine down automatically at the end of the required length, are also available.
The ASB-1 Series of Take-Ups and Payoffs are available manual or motorised, are suitable for coils up to 1200mm diameter and include the CM-15 Measuring and Cutting Device. A motorised version with an optional programmable measuring meter is also available.
RS-20, RS-20/MA and SVOLGIMA-80 Series De-Coilers
Our RS-20 and RS-20/MA Manual De-Coilers are for copper steel rope coils up to 950mm diameter and include an anti-overflow bar. The RS-20 de-coiler comes with a tripod and the RS-20/MA de-coiler comes with handles.
The SVOLGIMA-80 Manual De-Coiler is a lightweight de-coiler suitable for cable coils up to 80kg capacity. It is also retractable for easy transportation.
