Techna offer a range of motorised Pintle Take-Ups / Coilers, for cable and wire winding and spooling, available in various sizes to handle drums up to 10,000kg capacity. Our CD series of pintle take-ups and coilers are offered in many different configurations with various accessories available, including coiling heads, motor driven wheels and pivoted rear wheels.
CD Series Pintle Take-Ups / Coilers
The CD Series range of motorised pintle take-ups and coilers are available in four different sizes that cover drum diameters from 600mm to 2600mm with between 3,000kg to 10,000kg capacity. They come complete with the SE-1 electro-hydraulic lifting device and either the OA-10Q-60 or OA-10Q-100 measuring device, that is suitable for measuring cables between 5mm - 60mm diameter.
The CD series have versions available that include the PLC or SP-08 automatic cable layering system, the TC-1-60 or TC-100 electro-hydraulic cutting device and a MP-CD preset counter. There are also many other accessories available, such as, a range of coiling heads, motor driven wheels and pivoted rear wheels. The CD series of pintle take-ups / coilers provide:
